二、研究方向

1.海洋复合材料湿热耐久性研究与工程验证

针对海洋环境下复合材料结构遭受湿-热-力耦合载荷,腐蚀周期长、裂纹扩展随机性大、剩余性能难以评估等难题,开展碳纤维复合材料湿热老化试验,揭示海水腐蚀机理,推导性能退化规律。

2.树脂基复合材料自动制造工艺优化

重点关注复合材料自动化制造过程中的质量控制、工艺参数优化及损伤机理,以提高复合材料构件的制造精度和性能。

1.  2024.08~2025.08,C929大飞机专项“C929后机身后段试验件检测工装设计与制造”,395万;主持。

2.  2024.10~2027.09,重大项目2030课题“碳纤维复合材料加工用金刚石刀具研制与应用”,9364.3万;子课题负责人。

3.  2025.01~2026.06,绍兴市重点研发“12 英寸晶圆封装研磨设备高精度陶瓷基座精密加工技术研发及应用”, 300万;子课题负责人。

4.  2024.01~2027.12,吉林省重点研发项目“大丝束碳纤维高均一性预浸工艺技术开发”,182万;主要参与。
