二、研究方向

研究领域:生物有机自组装制造、表征及相关功能器件高端制造工艺的开发与集成,及其在智能生物医学工程领域里的应用

研究方向:生物有机自组装功能器件的设计理论与制造原理、制备工艺、表征技术及功能应用的研究。具体包括:生物有机自组装制造及其功能应用、超结构材料的制备和性能测试、光电功能器件的设计制造和应用、生物有机光电(子)功能器件(传感器、刺激响应性能源器件、光/电/机械能量转换器件等)的设计制造、器件集成、先进表征技术、器件机制以及性能与可靠性优化等。

研究内容:生物有机自组装制造的设计开发及其功能应用、相关功能器件的设计理论与制造原理、微纳加工工艺的开发、超结构矩阵架构的创制、以及仿生集成体系的构建等。

研究关键词:生物有机光电(子)器件和柔性电子器件的设计与制造;器件的集成与一体化;新型器件的设计理论与制造原理;生机电共融交互;生物有机矩阵薄膜的制备与表征;分子自组装制造及表征.
